Use the Full of Life Designer Series Papers - colorful patterns on both sides - or your choice of paper that appears to be water and sky. Use Under the Moon stamps to create an easy water color look design with a cloud, sailboat and jumping dolphins/fish. Emboss for the look of water with the So Swirly embossing folder. Tie a nautical knot with baker's twine. Stamp a sentiment or use the Ephemera phrases. Attach the layers with Tear & Tape over the baker's twine on the back and add glue around the edges.
